I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stylishly presented apartment in a lovely countryside setting. the apartment at this hidden gem was clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. the beds were large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the staff, especially Norman, were warm, welcoming, and always went the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. the pub below was fantastic, with great staff, delicious food, and a warm, friendly atmosphere. the picturesque views of the pub garden added to the overall charm of the place. a wonderful experience at this 17th Century Boutique Getaway. Cons: Nothing to be said 😊.

Stylish property with comfortable beds and spacious kitchen and bathroom. Vibrant red decor in the living room and antique touches add charm. Pub offers excellent food and cocktails, with friendly and helpful staff. A truly relaxing stay with thoughtful amenities like toiletries, towels, and Bluetooth speakers. Wish we could have stayed longer.

gorgeous apartment with lovely staff, amazing food in the pub below, and attention to detail in the furnishings. The owner made us feel welcome and there were lovely little touches everywhere. Such a relaxing stay, we didn't even need to use the well-equipped kitchen.
Bathtub difficult to access without a shower.

I recently stayed at this charming pub and apartment for a relaxing weekend getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. The apartment itself was well-equipped and had everything I needed. It is situated in an ideal location, allowing easy access to Dover and surrounding towns. The pub garden offers picturesque views and is a lovely place to unwind. The food served at the pub was absolutely incredible, especially the pizza. I am already planning my next visit and can't wait to return. Thank you to everyone at The Lantern Inn for making my stay memorable.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
